This was another one of my original designs I created in EQ5 (Electric Quilt) and quilted myself.
I wanted to create a Japanese motif with a Kimono.
My goal was to play with the tantalizing monkey puzzle quilt block....one of my favorites and I thought that could give this quilt a lot of movement and design.
I also created an exaggerated weighted bottom on this quilt, giving it a serious Japanese design.
I loved this quilt sooooo much, that I gave it to some very good friends of mine back in KCMO.
